SPECIAL COLLECTION.  The Library houses central archives to assist in historical research of the area and works in partnership on many projects with the other archival groups in town: Custer County Historical and Genealogical Society, Silvercliff Museum, Old ‘Westcliff’ Schoolhouse, and All Aboard Westcliffe.  Library staff can show interested researchers how to find photos, books, and documents that reveal the County's interesting past. 

COMMUNITY ROOM. Adjacent to the main Library area is a community room available for public use.  To find out if it is available at the time you are interested in, contact the Director.  The cost is $7.00/hour, however there is no fee for some events as long as they are open to the public and free.  No alcohol can be served.  Minors must be accompanied by an adult.  Activities cannot present risk to the safety and well being of citizens. We welcome your inquiry, and if our room doesn't work, we might be able to help you find just the place here in Custer County.
